No display

Hi all.

 

I have recently bought a KGuard KG-SHA104 system and have a problem.

 

I was playing with the settings and adjusted the VGA resolution to a setting which my monitor cant cope with. All I now get is a screen which says "OUT OF RANGE".

 

Please can you tell me of a way in which I can reset the DVR to its former settings.
