Advice required what system

Hi I am looking for any advice please.

I am doing a project and i require advise on what is required

I am looking for a cctv video camera that you could could mount outside and focus on a car and it would have the ability to continuously record. Then if i can remove the recorded media to load onto a PC.

What kind of time could they record for? what type of picture quality is the best ?

There are cameras with built in sd card recorders. Here is one. Just power it up with a 12vdc source. Going to need a motion light if it is used for night use.
