Viewing GV Video Files in using WMP in Windows 7 x64

Hello,

For some reason, I can't view AVI files (using WMP) saved from Remote ViewLog on my laptop. I have Windows 7 x64. I even installed the Geo-MPEG4 codec pack, but no luck. Has anyone been able to successfully view GeoVision AVI files on Win 7 x64 using WMP?
