Sony SNC-CH240

Has anyone tried the Sony SNC-CH240? I was wondering if the dynamic range was as good as the sample videos showed,how the image quality is in general for both day and night time and if you had any problems with it. The Sony website does not seem to even have a manual for it online and even the brochure is still preliminary.
