I can view from my office pc and need help to view from home via internet. Tried on both IE and Firefox both having problems finding the right add on. Only managed to get to a screen with some watermarks but not further. Can anyone help? I have set up the proper IP and can see from my notebook remotely from office area but not sure how to set up my home pc. Thanks in advance! cheers,
D.V.S. 0 Posted September 26, 2010 Camera can be seen using the stores internet connection but not from any other internet connection (home, starbucks etc). Is the above true? Then follow the guide below. http://www.networkwebcams.co.uk/blog/2007/10/22/howto-port-forwarding-101/

iStormcctv 0 Posted September 27, 2010 It seems to me that you can view your camera's on your laptop localy in the shop because you are on the shop (local) network, to view the camera's away from the shop network your going to need a static i.p address at the store, then make sure all the correct ports have been forwaded on your router to allow access (see dvr set-up for correct ports) , you should then be able to log into your dvr using the static i.p address and the user name and password.
