bfaridnia 0 Posted September 28, 2010 I have the Avtech DR041z which seems to be locking up after i exit the menu. I removed the hard drive and was able to replicate the issue. It doesn't matter how long i wait, but once i go into the menu, if i leave the menu the system freezes. Video still works fine, but none of the controls work anymore. Any ideas? bfaridnia 0 Posted October 5, 2010 Auto keylock was set to never. The machine would not lock up, it simply just wouldnt return to the menu. Upon closer look, i noticed the date and time stamps were gone too. After a hard reset, the unit functions properly. Not sure what caused the issue, but it is (for now) resolved.
