jh08j3t 0 Posted September 29, 2010 Hi, a couple of years ago I was the victim of a very serious crime, there was a security camara pointing directly at where the crime took place, but unfortunatley as it was dark the CCTV footage doesn't show anything, the police tried to decode it but to little avail, I was wondering if there are specialists in this area who may be able to do it or is technology not yet that advanced?
