Problem with CPcam CPD502ZAD

I got a problem with this model CPD502ZAD, This morning i try to open and do a backup the data i want, but half way through the transfer stop and the system heng. SO i did a power off and now i can view any data through the DVR system. Is they any software or OS that can help to view the data back urgent case
