Which is the better choice for DVR?

So I am looking at doing a basic 4 channel setup at my house and am looking at 2 different DVRs. I am open to other suggestions, but so far these 2 are catching my eye.

 

Avtech AVC791A

Rayvision RVH1004

They seem pretty similar, the only quick think I noticed is that The Avtech supports up to 2 TB of storage, vs 1 TB for the Rayvision. I HIGHLY doubt I would ever need that much, just something I noticed. I would like to be able to view remotely as well while I am at work. I have an android phone, so remote viewing on that would be a plus. Any other suggestions on DVR? I wouldn't mind spending a little more if there was something that was really worth it.
