jeromephone 6 Posted October 9, 2010 We have run into a problem with the cms we have ver 8.3 running and have installed a couple of DVrs with 8.3.4. Everthing works fine on live view but if you go back to view recorded video from the cms you will get a green screen instead of video. The dates and file names appear but no video. Harrar 0 Posted October 9, 2010 Rory is correct. As long as CenterView or Control Center is at the same version or greater than your DVR's you shouldn't have a problem. If you're having a problem with Centerview and you have 5 DVR's or less, load in unlicensed version 8.3.4 from your Geo DVD. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
