maledictions 0 Posted October 17, 2010 Hi, I just try one of RayVision clone, Lynstan. it has capability to record 16 channel. on the recording option, I can put more recorded frame on one camera than the others. it can do 120FPS @ D1 Resolution for 16 camera = 7,5 FPS / camera makes me wonder.... if I only record 4 camera, that means I can do full 30 FPS @ D1 on each of those 4 camera ? Anyone test this option before for long period of time ? Thanks Maled

Thanks Maled From what I've seen on every other DVR, yes, you take the total FPS available and divide by the number of cameras you have enabled.
maledictions 0 Posted October 21, 2010 makes me wonder too.... is there any way to set the FPS auto dynamic setting depend on the activity of the camera.... meaning... if there are 8 camera on 8 channel dvr... motion detect is on. if there are, let say, only 2 camera has activity... then dvr will record more FPS than when all camera has activity. Thanks, Maled
