AVTECH Video Viewer problem

Hi,

 

I currently use the latest version 0.1.6.9. The most annoying problem is that it can't playback the audio layer what I have saved to my computer via LAN. The live audio is transmitted from the DVR to my PC. (I selected the correct audio channel)

 

The second annoying problem is that when I start the application or I login via internet explorer then I hear a very high frequency constant noise. (I am sure that it does not come from any microphone because the noise is audible immediately after I start the video viewer until I close it, I do not need to login to the DVR). When this video viewer is running until I can't listen to a music from my PC because of the high frequency noise and because of this software damages all audio output. Yes, somehow it changes all audio output.
