no remote video on SymSafe 8+2-320

I am able to use IE to browse my symsafe on a local machine to configure and watch video. I have successfully configured a pinhole on my firewall to view the interface through the internet, but the video does not work (black screen). I am fairly certain that I have a porting issue which is not allowing video through. I have opened a pinhole to match the "video port" and "streaming port" in UDP, but no success. I have tried many configurations but nothing I have tried works. At this point I am stumped. Any suggestions?
