LP1227 0 Posted November 3, 2010 I currently have (6) Checkpoint PTZ domes, (3) 2x4 power/data servers, (1) Checkpoint Clarity joystick controller. I have been able to get all the domes to power up, get video and pan,tilt, zoom with the controller. My dilema is that they are all programmed as cam 1 or cam 2 and I cant figure out how to get my controller into program mode. I know about the pin hole on the PTZ itself to get the dome into program mode. When I press menu all it gives me is user commands. This is a old controller and I have contacted Checkpoint and have not been able to get any help from the due to the age of the system.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
