ian1989 0 Posted November 9, 2010 Hi guy's Sorry didnt know where to post this but here goes. My mother owns a nursing home in england, does anyone know the law on putting up mini/hidden cctv inside the building. She suspects that there maybe someone not doing there job properly and asked me to install a hidden camera, like the ones hidden in clocks etc. But whats the law on this, i read up somewhere that it could be entrapment and that you had to notify the workers and residents before using and such cctv system. Does anyone have any advice?, i have asked for legal advice elsewhere but have been waiting for 6 days for a reply. Thanks for any help, any advice asap would be greatly appreciated
