cglaeser 0 Posted November 23, 2010 I can still connect to a Panasonic 502 using Exacq, but I can no longer connect to the 502 using Internet Explorer. I have tried cycling power by disconnecting the PoE cable, but IE still fails to connect. I've tried connecting from several computers, and sometimes the camera generates a message that it will install the viewer, but it still fails. Any ideas? Best, Christopher PS: Camera and computers are all on the LAN.
thewireguys 3 Posted November 23, 2010 Do you have firewalls on your computers on? Have you tried to log in from your Exacq server? What happen's when you disconnect the cameras from Exacq, same problem?

pavel1883 0 Posted November 24, 2010 Did you try to disable camera in Exacq Vision server (uncheck it)? And than connect through the IE?
