Charles123 0 Posted November 28, 2010 Nov 27 2010 Dear Sir / Madam I purchased a dvr kgaurd kg-sha (w/vga) sha-104 a few months ago It has worked well up until today. Now it continuously performs a system initialization then shows my 4 video feeds then for a second shows ch1 to ch4 and the correct date and time, but then it does not resume recording and it does not allow me to enter the main menu and then it performs another system initialization and so on etc. The lights at the front all stay lighted. I tried removing the power cable for 5 minutes but it did not help. I then tried removing the power cable and the internal battery for 5 minutes but it did not help. Is there a way to fix this problem with some special instructions or erasing the memory etc? Thank you and waiting for a fast response if possible.
