which CCD is better? Of course 960 H comparing to 480k - but I mean Super HAD CCDⅡ(ICX663AKA) or EXview HAD CCD II (ICX673AK)?

 

I thought EXview was always more professional CCD - but currently it is no problem to find out cheap EFFIO-E cameras all 960H EXview HAD CCD II based while more professional EFFIO-P cameras I found are based on ... Super HAD CCD II.
