skinnyvinnie 0 Posted December 6, 2010 Can anyone tell me if its possible to connect this camera; to a monitor with this connection; or even tell me what kind of connection this is? Thanks, Vincent
tomcctv 190 Posted December 6, 2010 Hi skinnyvinnie. its called a 7 pin din. you will not find any adaptor to connect your camera. as there are many differant ways companys used the configuration to connect there cameras. but if you are handy you could just take your unit apart and find the video in wires (you only need the video and ground) as you can use a seperate power supply to run the camera. if your not that handy run your system and camera down to your local tv repair shop. Soundy 1 Posted December 7, 2010 Depending on how the OUT port is wired, you may be able to just connect the camera to that (using the appropriate RCA-to-BNC adapter). If it's a straight loop-through, it should work.
