Pretty easy to tell... all of Toshiba's a came out way after vivotek .

Lol ya... I even logged into a demo unit. Interface is identical

Probably Vivotek FD8362E with slightly different case and illuminators.

Thanks for answering. I downloaded the users manual for the Vivotek FD8362E and the IK-WR14A and after scanning through them, the two cameras do seem very similar.

I don't know about the current lineup, but the older Toshiba IP cameras were made by Topview.
