Need help on configuration

Hi,

 

needed some advice on the configuration on the remote access

 

Fort iGATE 310B at location A end and Fort iGATE 80C at Location B end,

 

Location A & B (HQ) is connected via each other as Location A is within the LAN of location B (HQ)

 

What do i need to do on the firewall inorder for me to be able to view to view the image on location A.

Cant help you specifically re your routers/firewalls, but generally the host end has to have specific ports opened so the client can view over the WAN.

Documentation of your DV card will say which ones need opening.
