Swann DVR4 Pro-Net

Hey guys and gals,

 

I've got a DVR4-pro-net device from Swann security and am attempting to access it via ethernet to no avail. I have got the ethernet hooked up straight to the DVR and have installed the proper software, but continually get a login failed from the Video Server E software.

 

Does anyone know what could help me?
