DVR help identifying from screenshot

I was asked by a friend what DVR this was, as it looked not too bad. I though perhaps someone with more experience than myself (a hobbyist) could identify it from the time stamp format? It also records audio. All I can say is the pic looks a lot better than the lorex I had a while back...

 

It's kind of cool, the sheriff has started posting home surveillance of people trying to break into cars.
