GabrielC 0 Posted December 19, 2010 I am new to using luxriot or any kind of IP Security camera's. I have a system set up for a venue and we had some money taken from the office. I tried to review the video recordings for all the camera's and I was only able to review the past 6 days of recording. I need help to review data from previous times. I have no time laps quota set so to my understanding Im thinking the recorder is going non stop. Am I wrong. I set up luxriot software using all the default settings. I should have data from the time I started the machine. Im really not sure I just need help.. Ive search google for any help on luxriot and found nothing. The website no help. anyone can give me advise I would be very greatful. Thank you.
bpzle 0 Posted December 19, 2010 If you are recording 24/7 you probably ran out of disc space. You may be better off hiring a professional to look over the install...

skane 0 Posted December 19, 2010 Open the archive on the desired camera and do ctrl+back arrow. That's the earliest footage that exists. If it post-dates the date you needed, the video does not exist. To confirm that manually, you can check the luxriot archive folder and look at the footage file date/time stamps.
