AVTECH DVR sending too many emails

Hi All,

 

I've got the triggers setup to email me when there is motion, but is there anyway to to turn down how many emails it sends? lets say on per 5 minutes or something?

 

I'm just getting hammered by emails from every second of movement.

For what reason would they have made that email function? Not too send just an email once in every 5 minutes... The AVtech models don't support this function...

 

The only thing that you can do is to set the sensitivity of the motion lower. Then you will also get less emails. You can even set the size of the object that has to be detected (how many blocks should contain movements before the detection function activates).
