The software disk envelope is missing and it had the serial number that is required for installation.i wrote it down but i have a number or letter wrong #54docd-00083-33702. I was hoping that someone could supply me with one. Tried calling 123CCTV where I purchased the system but they close down and sold the web site to another company that has no info on it.Thanks........
