Regards I don't know if anybody support it ( 3 rd party VMS) their own soft kinda suck few years back was thinking to add them for stock happy today that it did not happened too many other choices avail today my 2 c I'm sorry to hear. Well, to be honest, N190XAI is now one of the older models. We first introduced N190N & N190XAI quite a few years ago when there were not many IP solutions to choose from, so we had to make our own solution. However, IP cameras haven't been really improved since then, so N190XAI is still widely used. But we already have newer models like N110H's & N510H's so N190N & N190XAI's are more like budget IP solutions now. Hope this helped.
