jimhoyle 0 Posted January 17, 2011 I am looking for a very good PTZ camera for video conference. I would use it with various software, so wide compatibility is preferred. I could even use a video capture card if that gives wider compatibility. The specs would be something like this (not an absolute list, just preferred): - 720p+ (suitable for video conferencing) - PTZ control through network (H.224/H.281 compatibility would be nice) - low latency (<20ms preffered, max 1000ms) - good image and good controlling quality - framerate 25fps+ - compatible with many or some VoIP / video conferencing software - HDMI output would be nice (but any connectivity is possible) Does something like this exist? jimhoyle 0 Posted January 17, 2011 Thank you. I'll be happy to receive any other suggestions too. For example ones with FireWire (HDV?), USB or HDMI connectivity.
