American dynamice speeddome ultra III, IV, V firmware

So I tried to update firmware on some of my domes, the ultra VII's updated without issue, but I have a IV and a V that are now paper weights because the firmware from AD's site for these domes appears to be defective. I called them and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. So I guess I'm wondering if anyone out there has a working version of the firmware? Otherwise I'll have to order new chips.
