RAN55 0 Posted February 6, 2011 Hi, Thank you for your quick help. I have my router setup like this: DVR - Port: 80 DVR - Command Port: 5050 DVR - Media Port: 6050 DVR - Mobile Port: 7050 When you say to change the DVR port on the desktop to 5050 is the DVR - Port: 80 to DVR - Port: 5050? Thank you for your help
SEANHAWG 1 Posted February 7, 2011 Yes, in your second picture for the desktop software, you will need to change the port from 80 to 5050. See if that helps. Port 80 is your HTTP port. Port 5050 is your command port. Change the port in the second picture to 5050. Also, the IP address in your second picture in a LAN IP which means you must login from the same network that your DVR is located in. Have you been able to login to your DVR from a remote location over the internet?
