rj45 plug in system need to convert to audio video plugs

hi hope someone can help i have purchased a samsung vpp soc 420p cctv it has a rj45 socket on rear with supplied cable but i need to plug it into audio/video inputs of tv and supply power can tis be done inputs for rj45 are listed as

 

1-DATA+

2-VIDEO_OUT

3-GND

4-DATA-

5-AUDIO_OUT

6-VDD

7-GND_V

8-CH_SEL

 

Any help in working this out however small would be most appreciated as i am a complete novice system information states it is NORMAL CAMERA PAL STANDARD COLOUR SYSTEM 480 LINES DC18v
