eamono 0 Posted March 2, 2011 I really like the tool ( http://www.axis.com/products/cam_t8412/index.htm ) as far as aiming and focusing, it is very handy. But for site surveys, not so much. The main issue is the snapshot feature, which does not capture images at a resolution above 640x480. Trying to accurately represent the field of view of a higher resolution camera (in my case, an M3204 running 1280 x 800) to a client requires a laptop, etc. I've checked all of the docs, have the most up-to-date firmware. There's no way around that I can see. Second, the tester apparently does not like USB or Micro SD devices that are larger than 2 gig. The 4 gig SD card was the same price as the 2 when I bought one for the tester. I had to re-partition the Micro SD card to 2 gig to get the tester to recognize it.
