Please help me to find softwaer for CVKT-J38 DVR card ver.4.0.3.0 in ENGLISH. and how to install in my PC with Windows XP

I bought this card from China and they sent installation CD in Chinese version. Called support then I had a link for English version.

If you are successful to make it work, please post it on forum. Mine is not working and I can not get technical support.
