Please help me find the model

Hello everybody.I'm trying to find drivers and software for an old dvr system,with a PCI card,but I don't know the model of the card,I know just it has 16 channels,4 Conexant chips and one PLX PCI6140 and one cable for 16 cameras.Maybe you can help me,here is one picture of the pci card.

Is there an "FCC ID" number printed or silkscreened on the board anywhere?

There is only one number on the other side,I don't know if it's FCC ID or not.

The number is 7782cd88.

downlaoad that file its drivers and software all in one package.

 

Install that and away you go

I cant find the drivers for the same card. any help can provided in this regard. Please. i tried the above link thats also not working anymore so i can download.
