QX2006 problem to open!

when trying to open QX2006 Program it's giving this massage "video capture card initializing fail! " with OK.

after pressing OK the program close.

 

note: i have windows XP sp3 installed and it was working well, but i don't know what's happened !.

I have also this issue how to resolve it.

 

OS: Win Server 2003 R2 (Ent)

Application: QX2006 5.5
