Boogieman 1 Posted April 22, 2015 ok, I spoke with ak357 who is a real nice guy and obviously very knowledgeable in this field..As he explained it, he was able to extract the image from the recorded video that may have more data then the screenshot posted... We agree that there is no way to extract that licence plate image from the posted image. AK357 also showed me some impressive avigilon zoom capabilities...It is unclear how they are able to do it but they are able to extract plates from video that appears to be washed out...
