I lost my password!! HELP!!

I need help urgently, i lost my password to my video recorder, the model is avc787.

 

I have downloaded the latest videoviewer and have tried various ways to access my video recorder.

 

someone previously broke into my store house and stole some of my tools, even the power adapter for this video recorder was missing, i had to get a replacement set.

 

Any idea what i should do to reset my password? the default admin/admin was adjusted sometime ago..

 

Anyone please help! I need to reactivate and catch the culprit. We suspect it's an insider job.

 

PS: i have also tried using the monitor function.. but there're just too limited controls i can do.. and i have the remotes to this model.. but it does not seem to work.

Did you contact the installer.

Or maybe you installed it.

Call manufacture TECH help and give them the serial number.

Did you happen to give it to someone else that would remember.

Was it with CAPS on of off.

I tried to reset it buy connect to hole in the mainboard near R235 but didn't help.

Please tell me how to do ít please?
