GV-iView works fine but iphone live view cams are BLACK!

I installed MY GV-800 on windows xp sp3 with the last geovision software 8.4

now when i trying to login with my iphone using GV-iView i can see it recognize my 4 cams,

and showing me that the cams are in record mode, but all i can see is BLACK screens!
