hasappra 0 Posted April 21, 2011 I'm trying to view my CCTV system using my computer. But I always failed. Here is what I already did. -Set CCTV IP address to 192.168.1.110 port 80. -Set Laptop's Ethernet IP 192.168.1.101. -connect RJ-45 cable from CCTV to Laptop. -disable Firewall. -open IE and enable "download all plugin" -enter 192.168.1.110. -login using admin/admin and successful. -download plugin. -control panel is shown up but appear another window said "login failed" and right panel is black color only. No Picture. -try download AVtech Video Viewer 0.1.7.4 -input IP 192.168.1.110, port 80. Username /password: admin/admin -press login and ... Login failed. Any idea on how to fix this? Should I change the port number? My laptop is using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.
djbestman 0 Posted April 26, 2011 Hi there, try changing your WIn 7 user control settings ( YOU HAVE TO LOWER SECURITY ALERTS), Also you will have to delete the AVC_AX files from the WINDOWS/SYSTEM 32 folder to allow the active x controller to re install. Leohuangdi 0 Posted April 27, 2011 I think that probably you need to change the IP of your computer: 192.168.1.xx (xx= numero diverso dall'ip del tuo dvr) check this page if you cannot find: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/25949-42-change-address-windows With videoviewer you should be able to connect to it now.
