Problem with Avtech MDR 757B plz help ....

hi all

I have a dvr system from Avtech model MDR-757B 8ch

with 2 audio input and 1 output

the problem that When access to the dvr Through internet cmc Icant Hearing the Microphone

Same problem with the VideoViewer the Microphone Icon is disable

the dvr use frimware 1003-1001-1001-1000

and I have Another Avtech model MDR759B 16ch and I Have Same problem

 

But with Avtech model MDR751 4ch all work fine

 

plz If there any new frimware For MDR759B 16ch and MDR-757B 8ch Support web audio transmission

Because I think the device doesn’t support web audio transmission

You already have the answer:

MDR-757B 8ch and MDR759B 16ch don't support live audio, so you cannot hear from remote access.

This function can be added with a new firmware, but the company still have to release it.
