geovision 8.3 crashes, video lost at restart

I have a geovision 8.3 every few hours or sometimes few days the system crashes. when i turn it back on black screen on all cameras for 15 sec. then video lost.

If i restart 4-5 times comes back on and starts working.

 

I checked the system log and says DMIPC_FATAL_ER...

for each time it crashed

Whats the PC specs?

Are the card & drivers legit?

i have windows xp professional version 2002

Intel Core2 quad cpu

2.34GHz, 2.00GB of Ram

 

The card and the drivers are legit

 

* After it has crashed sometimes it comes on, on its own

and other times comes on with a black screen and then video lost.

 

If i stop all monitiring and restart multicam sometimes it comes on and other times still video lost

What are some detailed PC specs - IE Chipset / Motherboard??

 

Also - did this system previously work? If so - what has changed.

If not - is this a new system build? New Geo card also?

Which 8.3 revision of geovision?
