ITS AVI FILE.WHEN WE PLAY BACK WE GET THE AUDIO BUT NOT VIDEO USING WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.IS THERE A PROGRAM WE CAN DOWN LOAD THAT WILL GIVE AUDIO AND VIDEO ? JIM MAY SECURITY Hi, first of all, may I suggest you turn off your caps with that caps lock key to the left of your keyboard.
