DanKiely 0 Posted May 19, 2011 Just got a new touch trakker from another store and when i plug it into my system it says r1 at the top right of the screen. Won't move my cameras or even allow me to get to the menu. the model for the controller is RCTTRKE I use a sensormatic jbox, connected to an eim box, which connects to the multiplexor and controller.
