Remote Access to DVR server on NV5000

I have installed software for NV5000 board and have registered it on avermedia website. I am trying to log on remotely to the DVR server from another location however am unable to. I have made an exhaustive search of your product and its software for about two or three days now and am unable to find any answer. I tried logging onto your DDNS website via http://ddns.avers.com.tw/index.php but am unable to do so. The CD-key I am using is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which is a brand new key just purchased and the software version is 7.7.0.0007. I have forwarded the ports on the router and have installed the web viewer software on remote machine. What am I doing wrong? Is there anywhere I can find a step by step tutorial on this process. I have looked over and over the manual but without any success.

hi. which ports did you open. just as a quick test input this into IE http://your ip:5550/mobile see if you get a image

 

 

also how old is your card if you have purchased a new CD key plus 7.7.0.0007 is around 3 years old
