paddymullgrew 0 Posted May 26, 2011 Hi Folks, Hope someone can help me, I got my new Geovision system up and running yesterday, but today after a reboot it wont see my test cam, all was working fine but now im getting issues. Its a geovision mini internal dome.Running GV 1120 multiscan. My support guy, ran through the process of setting it up again but no joy. He advised me to default the cam. no luck. I will get an IP after scan but i cannot QUERY it just times out. When i scan a 2nd time it doesnt see the cam?? Any suggestion Please, would a re-install help?? jeromephone 6 Posted May 28, 2011 Can you get to it by directly accessing it via a web browser? Also make sure all IP address changes are saved before you exit the session. after setting it up with a fixed IP address try to ping it that way you know that the geovision server should be able to connect to it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
