capnbooboo 0 Posted May 27, 2011 Seems that Hikvision - iVMS 4500 is dead on arival they added a update, i updated the copy on my iPad2 and since then it does not work, i can not log into the devices, i had a copy of the older version on my iPhone and iPad 1 and it still works and all these devices use the latest ios4 i wrote to Hikvision about it and they wrote one email in response asking my location to be assisted but on reply i got a email delivery, as if i am blocked anyone else Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I was warned the first time maybe on tuesday, by a customer that told me he had updated iVMS4500 on his iPhone the night before, and he had been unable to use the program since then. Hikvision pulled iVMS4500 from the app store soon after, so I am sure they broke something, and removed the program from the app store until they get it fixed. Securame 0 Posted October 31, 2011 The issue on this post has been fixed for months. Hikvision broke something on a iVMS4500 update, everyone who had automatic updates on their iphones/ipads downloaded the broken version.
