eddieyy 0 Posted June 2, 2011 My gas station uses the DigiNet program to record our pumps. This system was set up by the person I bought the station from, not me directly. So recently all the cameras have stopped recording cars coming to my station, it will show the live feed, but it doesn't record it for playback. I was told it was a software issue and not a hardware issue, that I may have changed a setting I didn't know about. But since I have very little knowledge about this system I have no way of knowing what I did. Any tips or advice on how to make my cameras record properly? Soundy 1 Posted June 2, 2011 I'm not familiar with DigiNet, but a couple thoughts: did it previously record constantly, or only on motion? Are there any warning messages about the disk being full or anything? Can you still search older video (from before it stopped recording)?
