GV FE421 disappear and is in black and white

I'm having problems with taht model (tested with different cameras), that stays in black and white, and ofently it disappears from my multiview, and come back later.I've check my network and everything is good.

Any ideas???

Should you be using PAL or NTSC standard for your system?

I'm located in france and i'm using pal system, do you think that there's a problem with it ?
