fbnts 0 Posted June 5, 2011 Hi, I have an old 16 channel DVR which is branded DVR365.com We have a few problems with recorded content when using high quality recording settings and was hoping there was a firmware update available for it? I can't find the exact model but from the web monitor about it says: Web Ver 1.8.6.0 Bios Version Ver-2.8 -H264 DVR(SX-16) -2006:9 16/10 Can anyone help me identify the exact Dahua model number and also advise if there is any updated firmware available? Tom Why don't you get the exact model number from the bottom of the unit (grey sticker). I don't know where to find the firmware updates, as I'm also looking for one on my machine! DVR365.com were sold by SystemQ in uk and as an Adata Colossus Lite DVR I think - google and check their manuals - see if the DVR looks the same. Hope this helps Firmware is available from both.
