smartboy 0 Posted June 6, 2011 Hello friends, I have decided all the cameras that I recently bought have to go, didnt even bother to try them out and now I am in love with Vivotek FD8161 unfortunately it is not for outdoor us I like the look of this dome; don’t like those fat round ones or them boxes. This camera has PIR sensor, I like the idea of camera having a wide coverage and is crispy clear night and day for facial and number plate recognition and has audio. PS camera has got to have POE not keen on separate cabling FD8361 - its the armour dome (vandal resistant) version of the 8161 and suitable for outdoors. Most outdoor domes these days are designed to be vandal resistant so they don't quite have the same aesthetics as an indoor. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
